1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Tappesne, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Platform Description
Tappesne is a donation platform that connects verified media partners and NGOs with donors. Campaigns are created exclusively by pre-approved partners and benefit registered non-profit organizations.
3. User Accounts
You may create an account by verifying your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Partners and administrators are created and approved manually by our team.
4. Donations
All donations are voluntary. Tappesne charges a 5% platform fee on donations to sustain operations. Payment method fees may also apply depending on the method selected. Funds are transferred to the beneficiary NGO after processing.
5. Partner Responsibilities
Partners are responsible for the accuracy of campaign information. Tappesne reserves the right to pause or remove campaigns that violate our guidelines or misrepresent their cause.
6. Limitation of Liability
Tappesne facilitates donations but does not guarantee campaign outcomes. We are not liable for how NGOs use received funds beyond our verification processes.
